Program: 2 levels single family residence, tile roofed, with basement
Elongated,symmetric building reveals its internal layout.Common areas are located on the ground floor, private rooms on the above level, the staircase on the axis. Elements of neoclassical architecture are obvious. Peristyle at the garden, recurring columns and arches, gypsum plaster capitals, distinct boundaries between ground and upper floors, all manifest in practice the element of order and the timeless power of symmetry. Surounding land is on the same level with the ground floor, offering direct view from common areas towards the garden and swimming pool. Supporting symmetry as the main theme of the design, main gate is on the same axis with the building entrance.
