Private Residence

Program : Three levels single family residence, outdoor swimming pool and basement
On a side to side land site with mild inclination earthworks created a flat garden and a swimming pool on a slightly separate level. On the ground level covered and open spaces are integrated through wide openings, offering the impression of transparency. First and second levels are integrated through balconies,walls, and eaves. Those two leves are less transparent, securing privacy for residents.
